TeleSpring introduces groups of neurologists to those in need of teleneurology services for patients. There is no cost to the participating neurologists, to credible recruiting services, or to the healthcare facilities for TeleSpring's services.

TeleSpring is a subdivision of NeuroSpring Inc, a 501(c)(3) public research organization founded in 2005 with the mission to advance neuroscientific research and training that drives improved healthcare for the underserved.
